Future Ready Hospitality Collective was founded by Linde Borger andMarielle van Gorp, with Floris Licht as the driving force, following a discussion about the challenges hotel general managers face in finding reliable and suitable organizations that can support them in the transition to a responsible business strategy.

On the other hand, innovative and responsible organizations often have trouble reaching the right contacts within hotels and presenting their practical solutions.

That is why we have decided to create an independent online platform that promotes organizations we believe can truly contribute to a responsible hotel industry.

Ambition and purpose

We strive for a hotel industry in which measurable results in the areas of environmental and social impact are factored into daily decisions. By connecting hotels with forward-thinking partners, we are working together to build a future-proof industry.

The goal is to accelerate the transition to a future-proof hospitality industry by connecting hoteliers with innovative partners who can back up their claims with evidence and offer solutions for measurable issues such as resource use, emissions, waste, circularity, and social impact.

We apply clear partner selection criteria. We believe that real change comes from collaborating with partners who share our vision: a hospitality sector in which responsibility for the environment and social impact is central in an innovative and forward-looking way.
